Note that the training session posted daily are one of many different training sessions, from different programs, that were done in the gym on that day. Just because you see two power endurance days done back to back on the calendar does not mean that was done by the same people or from the same program.
If you are trying to follow a program take note of who it was written for and training day. Each training session will list the date // training block (or program) : the session for the day
Examples: 5.9.19 // E-TAC : RCVY = Element26 tactical : Recovery day
12.15.18 // GPP : STR = General Physical PREPAREDNESS : Strength day
